First being produced at a restaurant Michelle had previously owned, this noodle sauce brings back memories as the noodle dish it created was so popular. We are so glad you get to enjoy this at home too now and is a firm favourite with the kids. It gives you the flexibility to select your choice of vegetables (and use up odd ends you may have in the vege draw), accompanied with your favourite noodles. Egg noodles, soba or udon work best.
